Im waiting 2 days now for my btc to reflect in my account, this is rediculous , Seriously ! Im communicating with live chat they send my case to the tech team and its been 10 hours and the tech team has not resolved it , my funds is still not in my account.
I told live support I need my btc urgently because theres a cut off time to where I need to use it . So make sure my funds / BTC is in my account immediately! This is really bad service. You make no effort to make sure my btc is in my account.
